Our adventure begins on the island of Ambergris Caye Belize in mid January. The first two weeks are the most popular of the expedition with hundreds in attendance over the two weeks. The first week is geared toward the party crowd with songwriter shows and music going on all over the island-packed full of fun, sun and party with many of the modern day Trop Rockers Week two is our nod to “Parrothead Roots” and includes many of the early days artists who created this whole crazy fun world we call Parrothead. It is an attempt to recreate some of the best shows and events from days gone by and although there is still plenty of partying, it is a much slower pace than week one. There’s something for everyone within the two weeks!

We have packaged together everything you’ll need in one place and made it very easy to do nothing but enjoy your vacation- all you need to do is get yourself to Belize City airport, we’ll handle the rest!

After the first two weeks on Ambergris Caye the expedition starts to get very adventurous! We break down to a much smaller group and head onward for week 3: inland Belize, Guatemala, week 4: Roatan and Utila Honduras and a stand alone event in week 5 in early May in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. The smaller group sizes make the third and fourth weeks not only more intimate and logistically easier, but we are also able to truly immerse the group more deeply into the Central American countryside and culture.

Week 3 continues from Belize City to inland Belize and Guatemala as we explore Mayan ruins, jungle rivers and cave floats deep in the bush. Week 4 begins on the island of Roatan in Honduras and includes two nights on the blissful paradise of Utila. Week 5 is a stand alone event that takes place over the first week of May as we fly into Costa Rica dive into the heart of the rainforest- full of exotic wildlife and majestic volcanoes-we literally have an opportunity in Nicaragua to stand on the edge of an active volcano and witness the lava lake boiling up a thousand feet below. Truly a spiritual experience!
